Refund policy
Returns, Defective Products, and Cancellations:
- In the unlikely event of damage to the product due to our fault or shipping issues, please contact our shop within 24 hours. We cannot accept any contact made more than one day after delivery, regardless of the reason.
- Please contact us within 24 hours of the product's arrival. In the case of defective products or damage during shipping, please return the item, and we will replace it with a new one (in this case, we will bear the shipping cost).
- Regarding the exchange of replacement items, please return them within one week. Returns or exchanges made more than one week after delivery cannot be accepted.
- We cannot guarantee items with slight damage to the packaging if the product itself is not affected.
- Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted one week after opening the package.
