These pigments,made from natural minerals, have been used since ancient times,from the wall paintings of the Kofun period to the famous ukiyo-e prints of the Edo period. The method of making and using these pigments has been passed down through generations,nearly unchanged to this day. Gan-sai pigments were developed to make these rich colors easy to use by mixing the powdered pigment with a simple binder, making it accessible for everyone. Meditation is a mind-body practice that involves focusing awareness on the breath or bodily sensations to calm the mind and remain present in the“ here and now.” This program incorporates Pilates, which includes elements effective for stress reduction, improved concentration and memory, and emotional stability. Various techniques exist, such as seated meditation, mindfulness, and walking meditation. We provide an authentic experience that harmonizes mind and body.
